I've had a request for details of our "VIP Preview brunch". Why the preview? We opened the doors two hours early and sent invitations to our collectors and folks that have helped support our (Angela, Leo, and I ) art careers. It was RSVP only and very exclusive. All of our art sales occurred during the preview party.
We served real food (article about real food here)...no store-bought cookies here! The brunch menu: Homemade frittata with spinach, tomatoes, fresh basil, and Yukon Gold potatoes; fresh sourdough baguette; almond-rice crackers; two types of cheese: Manchego and Gouda with walnuts; fresh local apples, dates, roasted red peppers with garlic, olive oil and fresh herbs; olives, apricot jam, roasted & salted almonds; tiny chocolates, and a fabulous cava from Spain. The food was wonderful and the attendees thought it was fabulous. Success all around! Thanks to everyone who helped out!!
Maybe you will receive an invitation for next year's VIP party!
