Color Inspiration of the week: Icebergs

Hi Everyone! I'm back.
Since the last entry, I have been to Durango, CO and San Jose, CA, both for taiko music-related jaunts. So today I'm doing a business card layout, researching sign-making costs and costs for printing 1000+ full-color flyers, and working in my art studio. An average day.

But I was looking online and found some fun color-related information. Today's theme is color in the natural world, plus a tiny bit-o-feng shui....since feng shui came up again this weekend in a discussion about which way your bed should face.

Feng Shui Colors: there really aren't any. Painting your front door red won't help gain fame. But it could make it look nice.
Tetrachromats: women that can see more colors than anyone else!! I wouldn't be surprised if I was a tetrachromat as well.
Green polar bears. They look really cool! It's just algae though.
Striped icebergs! These are amazing. The art of nature. These colors could be used to inspire a spa-themed bathroom! Or just a cool painting. Those translucent blues and teal greens look like glass....like the above photos of icebergs.
More color inspiration next week!
later,
reb
