You will need to read ALL OF IT, especially the part about Santa Clara County Jail trial which did not work well
Now, check out this exploitation of the scientific research, turned into some kind of airy-fair-new-age marketing gimmick. Good idea, used incorrectly by lay people. The thing they forget to mention is critical: it only works under controlled conditions such as were used in the original study. The clinical trials they mention are true and are mentioned in the above paper....but the trials didn't have the subjects looking at posters....
So remember consumers! Many products based on scientific research are sometimes based on only a small bit of the total research, tweaked to fit a certain marketing message! Buyer beware!
